Heirloom Bleached cotton uses only the best cleaned and bleached cotton. Unique needlepunching and subsequent manufacturing techniques make the product easy to quilt, yet able to quilt up to 4 inches apart. Like other cottons, Heirloom Bleached cotton batting will shrink from 3-5%. If minimal shrinkage is desired, the product can be preshrunk prior to quilting. It is wonderful for hand or machine quilting, and is made especially for quilters using white or light colored fabrics in a quilt.

Heirloom 80/20 bleached cotton batting is made with the same formula as Heirloom 80/20 Premium cotton only we substitute bleached (white) cotton for the unbleached cotton used in Heirloom Premium. Quilters should find it quilts the same, shrinks about 3% and can be quilted up to 4” apart by hand or machine.
