Some helpful information to include in your email:

Your name and phone number - it's often much easier to discuss the details over the phone than by going back and forth with e-mail.

The dimensions of your quilt.

What type of quilting do you have in mind? Would you prefer an edge-to-edge pattern? Do you want the borders quilted separately? Would you prefer custom quilting? Please think about how dense you would like the quilting to be.

Will you provide your own batting, or would you like us to supply it?

You might want to give your quilt a "name" so we have a common reference when we communicate.

Please feel free to attach a photo of your quilt to your email. It helps us make suggestions as to what style of quilting might be best, which quilting patterns are most appropriate, what color thread we'd suggest, etc.
